General Safety Tips

  • Never share sensitive personal information (SSN, passport, etc.) via the platform

  • Don't arrange payments outside of YoZimGo
  • Be wary of requests to meet off-platform or pay unusual amounts

Dispute Resolution

If you have a safety concern or dispute with another user:
