4. Listings and Bookings

For Hosts:

You warrant that you have the legal right to list the property or service you are offering. Listings must be accurate, complete, and include all relevant details. You are responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of your property.

For Guests:

You agree to respect the property and follow all house rules provided by the host. You accept responsibility for any damages to the property caused by you during your stay. Bookings are binding agreements between you and the host.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal). You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings. Our service fees are clearly disclosed before booking.

You authorize the processing of your payment information and acknowledge that the charge will appear on your statement. For refunds and payment disputes, please contact our support team.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by listing and are clearly stated at the time of booking. Please review the specific cancellation policy for your booking. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

In case of disputes, YoZimGo Marketplace will act as a mediator between guests and hosts to reach a fair resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

YoZimGo Marketplace is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings or information on our platform. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

YoZimGo Marketplace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform or services.
